🍊 🌿Our English IPA ”Spring-Heeled Jack” went through a transformation in its cask over the last couple weeks. Primed with dark muscovado sugar and the addition of orange peel,orange zest and fresh rosemary. Balancing act between distinct,bready, caramel malt character of the English ipa and the sweetened orange undertones alongside rosemary’s fresh citrus/evergreen create a unique complex flavor profile.
